 Dear diary, I’m back into serious training as I prep for several up coming shoots. I’m very excited about some great projects I have coming up including a shoot I’m doing for Playboy TV (stay tuned for more details on that soon). I am also currently in the planning stages of our next Muscle Elegance Magazine shot <yum>. So far our list of upcoming models will include the beautiful Kim Birtch, Melody Spetko, Amber Deluca, Nuriey Sener and Melissa Dettwiller. And, thats just a quick run down of the power we will be packing. Tomorrows another early day of training and project planning, so I’m off to bed to get my beauty sleep. xoxo Denise

  Dear Friends: I’m playing and working in the desert this holiday weekend. The cool thing about being in a new place like Palm Springs, is that a new enviornment always excites the senses. First my lover and I memorialized our day with a 3 AM round of dirty talk (call us creative creatures at heart <smile>), followed by a yummy orgasm and a little more sleep. A delicious snooze followed by a morning walk surrounded by amazing desert plants and beautiful mountains gets the heart pumping in a different way and something I highly recommend as your very own personal fitness expert <wink/wink>. Even though I am always working, as I am now, it’s important to remember that recreational time is super important even for us AmBITCHious types.  Dear Diary, Last night was spent chilling out at home listening to Led Zepplin live. This may sound crazy but I have only just now been fully introduced to all of the music those guys made. Being raised in New York meant I was raised mostly on Motown, R&B, Latin Music and top 40 stuff. The truth is I love all kinds of music and hot Sex and Rock’n Roll is just the tip of a very yummy iceberg for me! <smile>

 Dear Diary, Its my birthday today and I can’t wait to have my cake and eat it too! I’ve gotten so many beautiful emails, cards, text messages, facebook and myspace posts, that I could cry! And, I am reminded about how lucky I am to have such beautiful people in my life. As if that wasnt enough, I also get to share my birthdate with my beautiful twin sister Alice. A truly extraordinary woman and very special friend. Happy Birthday Alice, I love you!   Dear Diary, I had a great weekend and as always it went by to fast. It’s a good thing I have fan’s who like my panties just as much as I do because, I would never be able to store them all. Only part of my fun is shopping for new sexy undies. I love picking them out and then running home to try them on.   Dear Diary: I have been working behind the scenes with the programmers and designers on the new member’s area so that we can continue to add lots of new hot, super larger high-resolution photos and videos. Im so visual, I love big pictures and I love discovering new internet tools, but for me the most important thing is quality, non-stop content and fun <wink>. I cant wait to start doing my live weekly cam shows again, so I’ve been hounding my programmers on a daily basis <smile>.

  Dear Diary, In honor of all of the cool emails I got to my high heel blog pictures and website update, I’ve decided to dig out a couple more pictures. And yes, I have lots of pictures in my panties and pumps. One of my favorit pass times is shopping for cute undies and then going home to model them. I have a huge collection of spiked heels in almost every color with heels ranging from 3 inches to over 6 inches high. Wearing heels is like being on a pedistal, which of course is where a woman belings <smile> For fun I like to wear my heels at home with only panties and a t-shirt just to be around the house. And I have been known to stretch my legs in heels so that I can put the long sexy stilletto point in my mouth, how is that for playing in your heels!?
