Dear diary, I’m back into serious training as I prep for several up coming shoots. I’m very excited about some great projects I have coming up including a shoot I’m doing for Playboy TV (stay tuned for more details on that soon). I am also currently in the planning stages of our next Muscle Elegance Magazine shot <yum>. So far our list of upcoming models will include the beautiful Kim Birtch, Melody Spetko, Amber Deluca, Nuriey Sener and Melissa Dettwiller. And, thats just a quick run down of the power we will be packing. Tomorrows another early day of training and project planning, so I’m off to bed to get my beauty sleep. xoxo Denise

After taking some time off to take care of business and have some fun (of course), I went back to the gym this week. It felt sooo good to get back into the gym and push the weights around, stretch my body and drip with sweat. Now all I need is a hot tub to soak my sore muscles and a strong set of well oiled, well trained hands <smile>.

  Danny Dettwiller sent me this funny picture of my reaction when Greg Valentino grabbed Melissa by her hair while we took pictures and had fun at the MD booth (Muscular Developement). Bad, bad boy… I love it!

  Amber was one of so many friends I got to see at the show. With her was the Dutch muscle babe from Holland Saskia Salemink. I can’t wait to work with this awesome women this year.

  I just got back from the awe-inspiring Arnold Fitness weekend, where I got to spend three days and nights with the most amazing athletes and personalities in the Bodybuilding and fitness world. Promoters Arnold &  Jim Lorimar out did themselves once again. Have fun looking at the pictures I took during my fun filled, star studded weekend.
