I finally got my travel plans for this years Arnold’s Fitness weekend booked. I’m working on my travel plans for this years Arnold’s Fitness Weekend in Columbus, Ohio during the first weekend in March. It’s getting close and I’m getting excited…and you know what that means 
. Every year promoters Arnold and Jim make this event bigger and better. I don’t know how they manage to do it year after year but I’m glad they do. It’s an annual highlight and a fantastic way to kick off the new year. Yep, that’s me, surrounded by the kind of international female muscle you will find at this years Arnolds Weekend. I hope to see you there! 
…tight and sore and so are my legs. I got back into the gym this week, starting on Monday with a back workout, chest workout on Tuesday and then Leg workout yesterday. In between I have been hiking the mountains so my entire body is tight and sore. Yummmmmmmmmm

I had a wonderful day at the Olympia expo visiting with lots of friends and fans today and even though my feet really need to be licked and sucked and massaged <mmmm>, I’m looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow. The women’s competition was super exciting with Iris coming in harder and bigger then ever before. The top five finishers in the women’s bodybuilding competition where Iris Kyle 1st, Heather Armbrust 2nd, Debbie Laszewski 3rd, Lisa Aukland 4th, Yaxeni Oriquen 5th. I spent the day at the Europa Booth signing pictures, taking pictures and chit-chatting with my partners in booth crimes Cassandra Floyd and The Hulk himself, Lou Ferrigno (who was signing autographs right next to me). Well he did it! My sparring buddy Rick Collins made me proud with his www.LeapforLife.org sky dive to raise money for The American Cancer Society. Raising money to help fight cancer is a Big Deal, jumping out of an airplane to show how committed you are to the cause is something entirely different. The news is great, Rick survived the jump, he achieved his fund raising goal and the money is still pouring in, so if you haven’t donated and have a buck to spare, please visit the site and make a pledge.
