Denise on Venice Beach Sunday

I trained at the famous muscle beach in Venice, CA today. Even though I’d been to Venice a couple of times before, today was the first time I’d actually worked out there. Venice was loaded with thousands of some of the most colorful people in the world. It was fun to be a part of the energy and to add my personal color to the mix…and the bicep pump wasnt bad either ;) Denise
