I have a new chin up bar and I love it. It’s a great piece of equipment to hang in your home and enjoy for so many different uses. Where else can you find a piece of equipment that allows you to work your back, shoulders, arms , abdominal, allows you to stretching your muscles and can also be used as a sex swing? Just think of the possibilities!
